How to attract visitors to your exhibition stand

Get the most out of the investment you make in an exhibition with our top tips for attracting visitors to your stand:

1.     Excellent design and build

Now we would say this of course, but a high-impact, innovative exhibition stand that creates the best impression pays dividends, and it will last you into the future.

2.   Be clear about your objectives

It’s important that you are clear in your mind about what you would like your stand to achieve and who you want to target. You also need to communicate these objectives in a clear brief to all suppliers and the team on the stand.

3.    Spread the word before the show

In the run up to the exhibition, let your key contacts know you will be there and give them a reason to visit you. Use teasers, email signatures, web banners and social media to spread the word.

4.   Entertain

You don’t have to bust the budget to attract visitors. Encouraging fun through gamification, photo-booths, gadgets and interactive competitions all break down barriers and entice people to stop.

5.   Choose the best location for your budget

The way to secure the best site for your stand is often to get in early so that you beat your competition to the spots with the highest footfall.
